After the centrifugal spray dryer operates normally, it should also receive materials regularly, check the operation of each system regularly, and record the process parameters. At the end, the heating device should be turned off first, and water should be used to replace the liquid to flush the residual liquid in the material tube, and then the material pump should be turned off. When the inlet temperature drops below 100 ℃, the operation of the supply fan and exhaust fan can be stopped. Next, clean the remaining materials in the drying tower and dust collector, turn off the dust collector and air hammer, and finally turn off the main power to complete the production operation. In case of emergency, the equipment must be immediately shut down, including the air supply fan and material pump. If there is a sudden power outage, the tower body should be naturally cooled down, then the drain valve should be opened to drain the slurry in the slurry pipeline, and the equipment should be cleaned.

In addition, after using the spray dryer, remove the spray tray, immerse it in water, and clean the residual substances with water. When it cannot be washed off with clean water, use a brush to scrub. Because the residual substances on the spray tray will bring about the imbalance of spray, which will seriously affect the service life of the nozzle and even damage other parts. After the nozzle is working, it should not be placed horizontally during transportation. Incorrect placement can cause the spindle to bend and affect its use.

Working principle of egg white dryer

The air enters the air distributor at the top of the centrifugal spray dryer through the filter and heater, and the hot air enters the dryer evenly in a spiral shape. The material liquid is pumped from the material liquid tank to the centrifugal atomizer at the top of the dryer through a filter, causing the material liquid to spray into extremely small mist droplets. The material liquid and hot air come into contact in parallel, and the moisture evaporates rapidly, drying into finished products in a very short time. The finished products are discharged from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
